The Rt. 66 Fun Run is an annual event held on the first weekend in May for the last 20 years.  The Run begins on a Saturday morning in Seligman, Az and the first leg drives over the original Rt. 66 to join the festivities in Kingman, Az.  A stop is usually made in Hackberry between Seligman and Kingman for BBQ lunch and shopping for Rt. 66 memorabilia.

After staying at the Quality Inn in Kingman for the night, the Run is off driving more Rt. 66 through Cool Springs, Oatman to final end at Topock Golden Shores and the awards ceremony.  After the awards there is a drive through Needles and most OCVettes people stay Sunday night in Barstow, Ca.  There is a first class restaurant in Barstow and the drive the next day has lunch at the Holland Burger in Victorville, a final stop at the Rt. 66 Museum in Victorville and then the drive home.
